Here at All Screeds our valuable team have a wealth of experience spanning four decades within the construction industry and specialising in all types of flooring systems.
All Screeds are based in Kent, but we have been involved in major projects across the UK, both regional and national, covering all public and private sectors including leisure, industrial, housing, MOD and many more. We are fully committed to each and every project we undertake – big or small - and we have the right attitude and balance of working with today's modern construction techniques and ever-changing legislation.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER
Being an approved installer of proprietary screed additives from manufacturers including Mapei, Flowcrete CPG, Ardex, Ronacrete, PCT Chemie and many more, we are able to offer our clients various screeding solutions which include different proprietary screed additives, in order to assist with all project requirements.
FLOOR SCREEDING
We can supply and install the entire floor zone to your required specifications, from damp proof membrane/tanking systems and insulation board. If required, we can also undertake any design elements and offer solutions and valued engineering to assist with budget and project requirements. Being a conscientious contractor who are committed to minimising CO₂ emissions, we can offer equipment where required to assist on your projects.
UNDER FLOOR HEATING SYSTEM
We are able to offer our clients UFH installation, using only the highest quality and industry recognised products from leading manufactures. We can offer a warranty for both workmanship and manufacturers materials, through the screed and underfloor heating systems we install and this means All Screeds can be a single source contractor, minimising any interface issues that may arise and safeguarding the smooth running of your project.
RESIN FLOORING
Our experienced installers supply both commercial and industrial resin, with a large range of choice for floor finishes in order to meet your requirements, offering samples beforehand and ensuring our clients with piece of mind when working to a benchmark. We can deliver a wide range of flooring systems including non-slip epoxy, chemical resistant, fast curing etc for all sectors. Being approved installers of Flowcrete and Mapei systems, we will supply warranties for all the work we undertake on your projects. Our installations work in accordance to BS8204 and manufacturers recommendations, in line with specifications.
